Refund policy

We want your pet to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email hello@furrflow.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your item arrived damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
